Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Narrative does not offer returns or exchanges. All merchandise is sold ‘as-is”. We want our customers to feel comfortable in their purchase, so please do not hesitate to ask questions or request additional photos, videos, or a detailed condition report prior to purchasing. Each piece offered for sale is vintage or antique, therefore you should expect pieces will show some signs of wear consistent with age and use.
We do not put items on hold. Items are not considered ‘SOLD’ until full payment is received, at which point we can hold the item up to five days.
Holds
Narrative is a preferred partner with LUGG. If you would like same or next day delivery we can recommend third party delivery companies that service the Bay Area and beyond.
Delivery
Sold items must be picked up within five days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please coordinate directly with us prior to purchasing. In most cases arrangements can be made to store items for an additional storage fee. Please bring packing materiel (packing blankets, bubble wrap, tie downs) and help as needed to pick up furniture as we cannot guarantee help loading items.
Picking-Up
We do not ship. Customers are responsible for arranging transport/shipping, preferably arranged prior to purchase. We are not responsible for any delays, missing items, or damage that may occur in transit. The shipping carrier is responsible for insuring the item and claim should be filed directly with the carrier.
Shipping
We provide a 10% trade discount as well as tax exempt status to designers/resellers with a valid CA resale permit.
